in the hustle and bustle of our everyday lives, we tend to lose sight of the moments that help us stay grounded. between deadlines of homework, meetings to attend, and tests to study for, it becomes an endless, ever-growing to-do list for our minds to have to tick off. in the rush of it, we often forget to take breaks, so what would happen if we start to take some intentional breaks throughout the day instead?

you might be wondering how pausing matters. research has shown that when mindful pauses are taken throughout a busy day, it can help reduce stress and improve focus. having more, clear headspace, brings more opportunity for our creative juices to be flowing. rather than thinking of these pauses as slowing down, think about them as a little time to reconnect with yourself. instead, they are mental resets for yourself to take time to renew your clarity.Ā
